Associate Attorney

Innovative Driven is seeking an Associate Attorney to join the team at a premier litigation law firm in NYC. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic team, working on diverse and challenging cases that foster both professional growth and personal development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage your caseload from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Ensure compliance with court deadlines and scheduling requirements.
• Work closely with clients, experts, and attorneys to develop and execute effective litigation strategies.
• Conduct in-depth legal research, prepare strategic memoranda, and collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to ensure seamless case management.
• Prepare comprehensive written status reports for insurers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Experience handling the defense of Transportation, Construction Litigation, and/or Tort Liability.
• Ability to draft and argue dispositive motions and respond to discovery requests.
