Associate Attorney

Innovative Driven is currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join the Charlotte, NC-based team at one of our most well-respected law firm clients. With 19 offices across the country, the firm proudly defends and serves national corporate clients and large self-insureds in a variety of complex matters.

This is an amazing opportunity to join a collegial team that prides itself on a foundationally positive team-driven culture. The firm has a solid client services team and dedicated support staff to assist in case and client management, and they are hoping to find a dynamic new attorney who thrives in the courtroom.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage complex caseloads from inception through resolution
• Enjoy real, hands-on courtroom and trial experience
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft, file, and aggressively argue substantive motions

Requirements:

• Active NC Bar
• At least one year of litigation experience (preferably in civil, government, or family law)
• The desire to litigate and grow your practice in a courtroom
