Attorney (Judgement Enforcement Litigation Associate)

We're recruiting for a Judgment Enforcement Attorney for a mid sized firm: We are seeking an attorney with at least 5 years of experience in enforcing judgments in New York and New Jersey. The candidate should be experienced in domesticating judgments, preparing discovery demands, property executions, restraining notices and judgment enforcement related motions such as motions to compel and turnover. The position is remote, with appearances in NY and NJ courts as necessary. The salary range is $120,000-$150,000. Admission to New York and New Jersey bars is required.
