⚖️ The Role

This is a hands-on commercial real estate position with real responsibility.

You'll work on:

• Commercial acquisitions and dispositions

• Leasing transactions

• Purchase and sale agreements

• Title and survey review

• Financing and lending transactions

• Due diligence

• Development and land use matters

• Direct client contact from day one

? What They're Looking For

✔️ 3–8+ years' commercial real estate experience

✔️ Strong drafting and negotiation skills

✔️ Experience handling sophisticated real estate transactions
