Business Development VP / Principal

A fast-growing buyside advisory firm is looking to add a Business Development VP / Principal to help source proprietary investment opportunities and build relationships with founders and business owners. The role is responsible for high-volume outbound outreach, pipeline management, and originating opportunities on behalf of private equity clients. Ideal candidates will have 1-5 years of experience in business development, deal sourcing, private equity, investment banking, search funds, expert networks, or other relationship-driven environments. Strong communication skills, commercial instincts, and a hunter mentality are required.
