Bilingual Store Associate

Elwood Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Store Associate in Longview, TX! $12-15 DOE

Bilingual Store Associate Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $ 12.00 to $ 15.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Sunday from 08:00am to 02:00pm)
  • Mon-Fri 8a-2p
  • Sat 9a-2p, Sun 10a-2p
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • Greet customers and recommend products based on their needs
  • Test, install, and replace batteries
  • Perform basic phone and tablet repairs after training
  • Process sales, returns, and payments using the POS system
  • Receive, stock, and organize inventory
  • Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and battery charging schedules
  • Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention
  • Use pallet jacks and pallet stackers to move inventory
  • Support the team in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving store goals.

Bilingual Store Associate Qualifications:

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Must have outstanding customer service and be goal driven
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
