Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Full-Time

Lennox, CA | Onsite | ASAP Start

ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for two full-time opportunities in Lennox, California. These onsite positions offer a consistent Monday through Friday schedule and an immediate start date.

These roles provide the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students, school teams, and behavior intervention programs across the district.

  • Full-Time
  • 35 Hours per Week
  • Schedule: 7:45 a.m. – 3:15 p.m., Monday–Friday
  • Onsite Position
  • ASAP Start
  • Two Openings Available

Position Opportunities

  • District Support BCBA: Collaborate with another BCBA to support district-wide behavioral programming and provide oversight and guidance to a team of 7 RBTs.
  • Elementary School BCBA: Support an elementary campus serving three ESN (Extensive Support Needs) classrooms ranging from Transitional Kindergarten through 5th grade, with a primary focus on implementing and strengthening behavior support systems.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA Certification
  • Experience working with school-aged students preferred
  • Strong knowledge of behavior assessment and intervention strategies
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and consultation skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavior assessments and develop intervention plans
  • Provide consultation and support to school staff and families
  • Monitor student progress and adjust behavioral supports as needed
  • Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and administrators
  • Support implementation of evidence-based behavioral practices
  • Assist with training and coaching staff on behavior management strategies
