Qualifications

Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification

Skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist residents with ADLs and work with team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided

Follow infection control and center policies

Measure and record the following; height, weight, temperature, pulse, respiration and BP as instructed

Promptly report any changes in a resident's condition to the supervisor as soon as practical.
