Gulfstream Staffing is partnered with a well-established nationally recognized behavioral health organization in Southern California. This stable and growing company has a top leadership team that prioritizes above all, patient care. We are now identifying exceptional candidates to be considered for a Chief Financial Officer position. This position will be based in Costa Mesa, CA but will be hybrid after training (approximately 90 days).

Chief Financial Officer Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field (Masters preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive financial/accounting career path growth.
• Behavioral/Mental Health experience.
• Familiarity with Great Plains, GAAP, Excel, etc.
• Familiarity with a substance-use-disorder- specific EMR is highly preferred.

Chief Financial Officer duties:

• Manage financial contract compliance related to the Behavioral/Mental Health field.
• Oversee the billing, collections, and appeals for private insurance regarding Mental Health Services.
• Prepare responses to RFP's, RFA's, and grant applications (financial portions).
• Prepare budget projections and financial forecasts.
• Prepare financial statements (monthly/quarterly/annually).
• Manage payroll through ADP
