Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team in Raleigh, NC.

Position Overview

• We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team in Raleigh, NC.
• The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical oversight and support for pediatric clients with autism while collaborating with behavior technicians, families, and the clinical team to ensure high-quality, individualized care.
• This is a flexible hybrid opportunity designed for a BCBA who values autonomy, professional growth, and a supportive team environment without excessive administrative oversight.
• Provide clinical supervision and oversight for ABA services provided to pediatric clients.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze clinical data to measure client progress.
• Provide ongoing guidance, training, and supervision to RBTs and other clinical team members.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, and multidisciplinary professionals as appropriate.
• Review client progress and modify treatment strategies based on data and clinical outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Participate in treatment planning, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support a positive, collaborative clinical culture focused on client outcomes.
• Manage your schedule and clinical responsibilities with a high level of independence.

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Active North Carolina BCBA licensure or ability to obtain NC licensure.
• Experience working with pediatric clients, particularly children with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and data analysis.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a clinical team.
• Reliable, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Schedule & Flexibility

• Flexible scheduling with significant autonomy over your clinical schedule.
• Hybrid work arrangement based in Raleigh.
• Limited in-person travel, generally approximately every other week, depending on clinical needs.
• Mileage reimbursement provided for required travel.
• Additional hourly compensation may be available for salaried BCBAs who work beyond the established weekly threshold.
