CNA LTC/SNF

Job Summary:


Provide essential patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being through compassionate support and assistance with daily activities.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  
• 
  Monitor and document patient conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  
• 
  Support infection control protocols by maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
  
• 
  Aid with mobility and transfer of patients using proper techniques to prevent injury.
  
• 
  Follow facility policies and procedures to ensure quality care delivery.
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid CNA license and certification.
  
• 
  Proven experience working in LTC or SNF environments preferred.
  
• 
  Ability to demonstrate compassionate and patient-centered care.
