Title: Construction Litigation Attorney

Location: Palm Beach, FL | Onsite initially, transitioning to hybrid after 30–60 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of construction litigation matters.
• Represent clients in construction-related disputes and litigation.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Advise clients on construction disputes, claims, and litigation strategy.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience preferred.
• Strong construction litigation experience required.
• Plaintiff-side or defense-side construction experience will be considered.
• Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is$160,000-$200,000. Factors which may affect pay may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, years of practice, and other qualifications.
