Executive Leadership And Financial Management

You will provide executive leadership and establish financial policy to align the command's financial posture with strategic objectives.

You will direct long-range financial strategies to support the mission, industrial base modernization, and production capacity.

You will oversee the direction, development, and implementation of all financial management policies and programs. Direct the integration of financial operations with engineering, production, logistics, and contracting.

You will lead the command's audit readiness program, ensuring full compliance with DoD audit standards (FIAR). Implement corrective actions for audit findings and ensure sustainable internal control environments.

You will assist in command-level budget formulation, justification, and execution. Provide interpretive and analytical advice on financial transactions and prepare financial reports and briefings for senior leadership.

You will exercise full supervisory responsibility for the Comptroller Department. Plan and assign work, set priorities, evaluate performance, make hiring decisions, and lead the professional development of the financial management workforce.
