Directeur de lAnimation de la Ville et de lAttractivit Territoriale (h/f) - Villetaneuse

Job Title

Under the authority of the Director General of Services and a member of the Management Committee of the Collectivity, the Director of Animation, City, and Territorial Attractiveness participates in defining the strategic orientations of the collectivity and ensures their implementation in the areas of sports, culture, municipal events, and territorial attractiveness. He/she pilots, coordinates, and evaluates all public policies within the sector, ensures the coherence of actions carried out by the services, and supports elected officials in defining and implementing municipal projects. He/she contributes to the modernization of public action, the development of cross-functional work, and the continuous improvement of services provided to the population.

Required Profile

Knowledge Knowledge of public policies in sports, culture, events, and territorial attractiveness. Knowledge of public modernization issues and organizational transformation, Understanding of the functioning of local authorities and the institutional environment, Knowledge of local public finances and M57 accounting, Knowledge of the regulatory framework of public procurement, Understanding of the functioning of local assemblies and administrative acts, Mastery of budget management tools, evaluation of public policies, and management control. Skills Skills in managing multidisciplinary teams and leading change, Ability to lead complex and cross-functional projects, Mastery of conducting meetings and public consultation, Ability to develop and animate partnership networks, Skills in writing, analysis, and synthesis, Ability to legally secure administrative procedures, Skills in budget management and fundraising, Mastery of office tools, business software, and activity tracking.
