Director of Nursing

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Director of Nursing for its long-term care program. The DON will provide clinical leadership, oversee daily nursing operations, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care aligned with our faith-based, mission-driven culture. Responsibilities include supervision and development of nursing staff, care planning, regulatory compliance, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives. The DON will collaborate with physicians, behavioral health, and allied professionals to support whole-person care, champion best practices, manage staffing and budgets, and build a culture of compassion, safety, accountability, and continuous learning.
