Regional Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager

What You'll Do:

• Lead and evolve company-wide EHS programs across multiple manufacturing locations
• Serve as a trusted advisor to site and executive leadership
• Drive injury prevention, risk reduction, and environmental stewardship
• Oversee ISO 14001 and environmental compliance initiatives
• Build strong safety cultures through training, engagement, and accountability
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations

What are we looking for:

• A strategic EHS leader with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• A relationship-builder who can influence at all levelsfrom the shop floor to senior leadership
• Passionate about safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement
• Experienced in multi-site EHS programs and ISO 14001 environments
• Confident, hands-on, and ready to lead positive change
