Compensation Range: $135K+

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and consultation to steel mill customer
• Support blast furnace systems, performance, upgrades, and equipment solutions
• Build and grow strong customer relationships throughout the local territory
• Identify customer needs and recommend technical solutions
• Partner with engineering, product, and service teams
• Lead consultative sales discussions and negotiate proposals

Qualifications

• 15+ years of steel or heavy industrial experience
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
• Blast furnace experience preferred
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
