The VIP Sports Executive Host acts as the primary growth engine for Caesars Sportsbook online VIPs, building relationships with players to increase app engagement and drive the VIP segment of the business. The Host role plays an essential part in creating a memorable, service-oriented experience for our most valuable players. This can be done remotely or through direct engagement with players at sporting events, our partner casinos, or unique Caesars Sportsbook experiences./ph3How You Will Create the Extraordinary/h3pstrongSales/strong/pulliManages all aspects of a guests account in all states for Sports Betting, and iGaming where applicable./liliUnderstands the best communication preferences for each player, (phone, email, or text) and uses all available technology to manage the relationship./liliFully knowledgeable of all happenings on property and in-market for cross-sell opportunities./liliDemonstrates mastery of all existing products/services and/or progress on new initiatives, bonus programs and system changes./li/ulpstrongService/strong/pulliConstantly strives to delight our guests by exceeding expectations through enthusiastic and personalized service./liliHosts guests at social events, sporting venues, and special promotions as applicable./liliEnsures all concerns are addressed in a timely manner communicating with internal and external partners./liliHandles difficult situations in a calm and professional manner, seeking to de-escalate the situation and ensure customer satisfaction./liliDemonstrates a willingness to teach, mentor, train and share information with colleagues./li/ulpCommunication/pulliUses available technology and resources, to ensure all guests are receiving VIP treatment inside and outside of standard business hours./liliCoordinates with internal and external business stakeholders including, but not limited to Player Support, Caesars Rewards team, VIP Leaders, Marketing Technology/IT managers, software platform vendors, and analytics team members, to advance VIP efforts./liliCommunicates successes and challenges on a regular and on-going basis to direct supervisor and works with Leadership to improve./li/ulpstrongStrategy Innovation/strong/pulliBrainstorms and helps create new VIP promotions and initiatives to enhance the value VIP program producing measurable financial results from VIP guest-base./liliResponds to daily reporting identifying movement in coded population including incliners, decliners, defectors, and funding changes with personal outreach and VIP offers./liliIdentifies ways to increase efficiencies and improve upon products and services./liliHas the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment./li/ulpstrongIntegrity Compliance/strong/pulliFully complies with all applicable rules, regulations, laws and policies, and conducts themselves with highest levels of integrity and honesty./liliCoordinates with Compliance, Responsible Gaming and other Risk Management team members as needed on guest claims and disputes to resolve conflicts./li/ulh3What You Will Need/h3ulli2+ years of experience in sales, casino, and/or loyalty marketing./liliBachelors Degree or equivalent work experience./liliExperience in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, comfort with analytical dashboards, and sports betting technologies/liliExcellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving, leadership and analytical skills required./liliMust be a proactive change agent./liliShould have track record of success in both taking risks and making prudent business decisions./liliAbility to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business./li/ulpstrongCOMPETENCIES:/strong/pulliSales Excellence: Leveraging sales techniques to maximize team performance./liliPassion for Service: Internally motivated to graciously serve, delight and build guest loyalty; as well as lead a team of Account Executives to do the same./liliDrive: Harnessing energy and passion to excel./liliCustomer/Commercial/Market Awareness: Anticipating and listening to customer needs; looking outside our world./liliInfluence: Engaging, leading and motivating a team of Account Executives to succeed./liliProfessional Excellence: Applied functional/business knowledge; professionalism, composure, effectiveness./li/ulpstrongEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:/strong/pulliBachelors degree in Marketing or Business preferred./liliProven ability to effectively collaborate as well as manage and motivate a sales workforce./liliStrong analytical skills.
