Actalent is urgently hiring for a Mobile Phlebotomist!

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Phlebotomist to join the team in a mobile capacity! This role would be going into busy patient service centers throughout Long Island!

Location: Westbury (homebase), Port Washington, New Hyde Park. Sites if needed: Babylon, Brentwood, Patchogue, Bay Shore

Schedule: Must be available between 7a-7p M-F and rotating Saturday 7a-330p

Pay Rate: $25 an hour

Mileage reimbursement for over 30 miles a day

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws using straight needles for the majority of cases and butterfly needles for difficult sticks.
• Manage pediatric and adult patient blood collection with care and precision.
• Process and handle specimens according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of blood draws and specimen handling.

Experience Level

• 3 years of straight needle experience required (EXPERIENCE OUTSIDE OF SCHOOLING)
• Infant and pediatric experience

This is a Permanent position based out of Westbury, NY.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Westbury,NY.
