We are seeking an experienced Full Service Hotel General Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong tenure in full-service hotels. We seek a hands-on Leader and Team Builder to establish a level of service beyond guests' expectations.

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

• Train, lead, mentor, and develop team members to consistently provide a memorable guest experience
• Oversee and manage overall operations of the hotel, including but not limited to, front office, sales, food & beverage, housekeeping, and engineering
• Identify property needs and execute a plan to address those needs
• Prepare operational budgets facilitating financial planning and expense control
• Forecast revenue based on market segments and execute a plan to exceed revenue goals
• Serve as the brand ambassador in the community

Hotel General Manager Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years as a general manager is a must
• Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success
• Thrive in an ever-changing & fast-paced environment
• Need to be able to analyze a P&L to ensure cost controls
• Ability to analyze guest service reports and recognize market trends
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication

Hotel General Manager Benefits:
