A well-established insurance defense firm is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its growing team. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated insurance coverage and bad faith matters with a firm that handles complex, high-value litigation for major insurance carriers.
The firm is part of a select group of 19 nationwide firms recognized for handling insurance bad faith defense matters, giving attorneys exposure to significant and sophisticated cases across the insurance industry.
What You’ll Do
- Handle insurance coverage and bad faith defense matters from inception through resolution.
- Analyze insurance policies and coverage issues.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
- Conduct legal research, discovery, depositions, and case strategy.
What We’re Looking For
- California Bar admission in good standing
- Strong experience in insurance coverage or Insurance Defense
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to independently manage sophisticated matters
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $320,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
