General Laborer

We are seeking two reliable and hardworking individuals to support daily operations by maintaining cleanliness throughout the plant and assisting with general labor duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform general plant clean-up to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Assist with inventory counting and basic material tracking.
• Load and unload trucks manually and with forklift assistance.
• Move and handle barrels and materials safely throughout the facility.
• Support various general labor tasks as needed by supervisors.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines at all times.

Essential Skills

• Ability to perform manual labor in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, carrying, standing).
• Attention to cleanliness and organization.
• Basic inventory and counting skills.
• Safe material handling (especially barrels and industrial materials).
• Forklift operation (or willingness to learn).
• Following safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Teamwork and communication.
• Time management and task prioritization.
• Adaptability in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• No certifications or medical tests required.

Work Environment

This role is set in a non-climate-controlled industrial environment. It is physically demanding, requiring lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Steel-toe boots are required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
