General Manager Position

A growing luxury Western lifestyle retailer is seeking a driven General Manager to launch and lead its new Lubbock store. This position offers the opportunity to establish a new location, build its customer base and create a talented, service-oriented retail team.

The successful candidate will combine hands-on retail leadership with strong commercial judgment, an ownership mindset and a genuine appreciation for craftsmanship and the Western lifestyle. Responsibilities include:

• Establish and lead the new Lubbock store and its daily operations.
• Recruit, train, coach and retain a high-performing sales and support team.
• Take responsibility for sales, profitability, payroll, inventory and operational standards.
• Deliver a welcoming, personalized and elevated customer experience.
• Build a loyal customer base through clienteling, referrals and community engagement.
• Establish sales expectations and monitor key store and individual performance indicators.
• Use sales reporting and trends to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Maintain excellent merchandising, presentation, cleanliness and product-care standards.
• Develop meaningful relationships and partnerships within the Lubbock community.
• Create a culture of teamwork, accountability and consistent communication.
