Condado Collection Overview

The Condado Collection is a set of hospitality properties in Puerto Rico that ranges from classic and modern full-service luxury hotels to fine dining and entertainment.

An exclusive new beachfront condominium, located at the prominent and elegant intersection of Ashford Avenue and Calle Earle. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop the Butler team, fostering a culture based on anticipation, sense of responsibility, discretion, excellence, and genuine personalized hospitality.

• Serve as the main point of contact and relationship for residents and their guests, developing a deep knowledge of their personal preferences, routines, lifestyles, and expectations.

• Supervise the resident experience from the pre-arrival stage to their departure, ensuring personalized preparation of the residence, flawless arrivals, attentive and discreet service during their stay, and a memorable departure experience.

• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food and Beverage, Spa, Valet, and other departments to ensure the impeccable and timely execution of resident requests and needs.

• Proactively anticipate resident needs and identify opportunities to continuously elevate their experience, ensuring their preferences and needs are addressed before they have to request them.

• Take responsibility for complex resident requests, VIP experiences, celebrations, and special occasions, as well as any service recovery situations, ensuring a discreet, efficient, and resident-focused solution.

• Establish, implement, and maintain Butler service standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training programs, and quality controls, in line with the standards of an ultra-luxury residential environment.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident preferences and ensure effective communication, as well as flawless shift transitions and handovers within the Butler team.

• Continuously monitor resident satisfaction, service performance, and operational effectiveness, identifying and implementing opportunities to improve processes and elevate service standards.

• Comply with all company policies and procedures related to safety and security; immediately report to the director any accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions; and complete all required safety trainings and certifications.

• Develop and maintain professional and positive working relationships with all collaborators, fostering collaboration and supporting different teams in achieving common goals.

• Perform other reasonable duties and responsibilities related to the position, as assigned by the director.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, private residences, luxury resorts, hotels, clubs, or comparable highly personalized service environments.
• 2+ years of experience in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Excellent communication, organization, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of luxury service standards and hospitality based on anticipating resident needs.
• Ability to develop genuine and trusting relationships with demanding residents and guests, always maintaining the highest levels of discretion and professionalism.
• English proficiency required; Spanish language proficiency highly preferred.
• Butler certification or previous experience in a residence, hospitality, or ultra-luxury service environment is highly valued.
