Experience in technology, electronics, interconnect, cable assembly, integrated electronics, or complex contract manufacturing environments.

People leadership experience, including direct supervision, team leadership, or demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence.

Experience working within a CDMO, contract manufacturing, or outsourced design/manufacturing environment in the Medical Device Industry.

Demonstrated ability to engage senior-level or executive customer stakeholders in complex commercial environments.
