Greeter / ID Scanner

The Greeter/ID Scanner is the first point of contact for customers, employees, and brand representatives. This role is responsible for delivering a welcoming experience while maintaining strict compliance with all check-in protocols and New York State cannabis regulations, including verifying that all guests are 21 or older before entry.

Greet all visitors with a positive, professional attitude.

Verify and scan valid government-issued ID for every guest prior to entry.

Guide new customers through the full check-in process.

Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity.

Ensure all security systems are operational and serviceable daily.

Coordinate with on-site security personnel.

Support safe, compliant movement of product and assets between the lobby and inventory room.

Uphold and enforce all security policies, procedures, and protocols.
