Responsibilities

• Develop case strategy and provide practical, business-focused legal advice.
• Manage cases independently while collaborating with attorneys and legal professionals.
• Develop case strategy and provide practical, business-focused legal advice.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions, hearings, mediations, and other proceedings.

Qualifications

• Active New York Bar license in good standing
• 3+ years of experience in insurance defense or general liability defense or civil defense litigation or Professional Liability or Medical malpractice or Product Liability.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $280,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
