Production Worker - Hybrid Compounder/Packer

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Worker - Hybrid Compounder/Packer to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the production department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Commerce, CA

Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Schedule: 10am-6:30pm

What's the Job?

• Compound formulas accurately by weight and ingredients, ensuring the best methodology is utilized based upon the product or mix.
• Apply working knowledge of all raw materials before use to ensure quality and consistency in batches.
• Follow all quality assurance instructions on formulas using proper compounding techniques to ensure quality samples.
• Maintain inventory information on filling materials and report any shortages to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental laws while maintaining good housekeeping practices.

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate pumps, mixers, filters, and lift trucks safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of SAP system is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
