Kitchen Steward

Kitchen Stewards maintain sanitation throughout the restaurant and bakery while ensuring all equipment, dishes, and utensils are cleaned and available.

Responsibilities:

• Operate dish machine.
• Wash pots and pans.
• Remove trash.
• Sweep and mop.
• Clean equipment.
• Organize storage areas.
• Polish plateware and glassware.
• Assist kitchen as needed.
