Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a compassionate LPN/RN to provide primary care, chronic disease management, and patient education in our faith-based, community clinic. The nurse will perform assessments, administer medications and vaccines, support dental and behavioral health referrals, and coordinate care for underserved individuals and families. Collaborating within an interdisciplinary team, this role delivers whole-person, trauma-informed care, documents accurately in the EMR, and supports health equity through outreach, health coaching, and patient advocacy in a mission-driven environment.
