Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate LPN/RN to provide patient-centered primary care in our faith-based, community clinic. Responsibilities include rooming patients, administering medications and vaccines, performing assessments, triage (phone and in-person), care coordination, patient education, and accurate documentation in the EHR. The nurse collaborates closely with providers, dental and behavioral health teams to support whole-person care, assist with chronic disease management, and support health promotion activities. Ideal candidates are mission-driven, detail-oriented, culturally sensitive, and committed to health equity for underserved communities.
