• 24-hour shifts, 7am to 7am, 3 to 5 shifts per month
• 2 to 3 deliveries per day, mostly cesarean sections
• Level 4 referral center
• High risk OB labor and delivery management required
• Ongoing coverage potential
• Rounding on 15 to 18 patients per day, up to 25 at peak
• Direct supervision of residents
• High acuity, high risk OB transfers
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
