What You'll Do as a Machine Operator:

• Operate manufacturing equipment, including adjusting machine speed and controlling load
• Monitor, measure, and chart finished product dimensions to ensure quality standards
• Maintain production output to meet or exceed productivity expectations
• Perform basic machine maintenance to ensure proper equipment function
• Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues during operation
• Ensure product quality through consistent measurement and process control
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
• Support efficient production processes and continuous workflow

What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Role:

• Must have at least 1 year experience in a manufacturing setting
• Must have technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues
• Understanding of machinery, tools, and manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of and adherence to manufacturing safety regulations
• Ability to monitor and measure product dimensions accurately
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency
• Ability to work in a production environment and meet output expectations
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
• Dependability and ability to follow instructions and procedures consistently
