CNC Machine Operator

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join a reputable manufacturing team in Sylmar, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, and adjusting CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for operating CNC machines in accordance with job specifications and production requirements.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
  • Use manual micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify part dimensions.
  • Perform machine offsets, tool changes, and basic troubleshooting as needed.
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and tolerance standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

  • CNC machine operation and setup experience (preferred).
  • Strong ability to read and work from technical blueprints.
  • Proficiency with manual micrometers, micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools.
  • If you have schooling for CNC Machining this is a great opportunity for you.
  • Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Shift: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM4:00 PM
  • Pay Range: $20$30 per hour, depending on experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sylmar, CA.
