Job Description

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timelines are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with construction regulations. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project plans. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Multifamily Traveling Superintendent should have: Experience managing multifamily construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
