SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have):

• 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Senior FACETS Developer with deep expertise in FACETS architecture, configuration, and core platform functionality

• Strong development proficiency in .NET and SQL

• Extensive domain experience in healthcare operations (Enrollment, Claims, Provider Management) and core EDI transactions (e.g., 834, 837) across at least two core FACETS modules

Secondary (Good to Have):

• Experience with FACETS data model customization and complex query optimization

• Hands-on involvement with system integrations, core FACETS upgrades, and downstream healthcare data pipelines

• Familiarity with healthcare compliance, HIPAA standards, and automated batch processing

POSITION OVERVIEW

Operating within the Healthcare Core Applications and Solutions Engineering division, this role leads technical solution design and backend development for the FACETS platform. Reporting to the Application Development Manager, the Senior FACETS Developer will address complex data integration, claims processing, and enrollment system challenges to deliver scalable, reliable, and compliant core healthcare solutions.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, code, test, and deploy complex backend extensions, integrations, and database solutions for the FACETS healthcare platform using .NET and SQL.

• Configure and support core FACETS modules (Enrollment, Claims, Provider Management) to align with evolving operational and business requirements.

• Manage end-to-end EDI message processing and payload validations, ensuring full compliance for 834, 837, and related transaction sets.

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve performance bottlenecks, data anomalies, and integration issues across the FACETS architecture and connected systems.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams, business analysts, and quality assurance leads to deliver robust end-to-end healthcare platform capabilities.
