StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 24 Pay Rate: $2134.00 - $2310.00

This facility is seeking a Neurology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: December 21st (7:00AM) - December 26th (8:00AM), Call: one weeknight per week shared inpatient

• Practice Setting: Primarily outpatient clinic practice. Outpatient neurology with shared IP consult coverage split amongst providers

• Type of cases and required procedures: Outpatient Clinic 8 hour day with inpatient consults coverage

• Credentialing timeframe: 15-30 days

• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC

• Certifications required: Board certification

• Licensure required: Kentucky license
