Urology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: On Call Pay Rate: $2425.00 - $2625.00

This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

* Schedule: 24/7 call coverage; provider may work 7-day stretches. Responsible for daytime inpatient rounding, Emergency Department consults, inpatient consults, and on-call surgeries.

* Practice Setting: Inpatient

* Types of Cases: General Urology; inpatient consults, Emergency Department consults, inpatient rounding, and urgent/emergent urologic surgeries.

* Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days

* Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner

* Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA)

* Licensure Required: Active Indiana medical license; Board Certified in Urology required.
