Nurse Manager II

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Nurse Manager II, OR to lead perioperative services within our technology-driven health system. In collaboration with Systeme.io’s innovative culture, you will oversee daily OR operations, staffing, and patient flow, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality surgical care. Responsibilities include supervising clinical teams, optimizing electronic health and scheduling systems, managing budgets, enforcing regulatory compliance, and driving process improvements. You will mentor nurses, coordinate with surgeons and anesthesia, support new digital tools, and champion evidence‑based practice and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
