Nurse Practitioner II

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Nurse Practitioner II (Short Hour) to deliver compassionate, tech-enabled care in a modern clinical environment. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe treatments while leveraging robust EHR and telehealth tools. You’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and specialists to coordinate care, educate patients on wellness and prevention, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, access, and patient satisfaction in a digitally supported care model.
