Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while working in Santa Rosa, CA at a skilled nursing facility. This role offers an opportunity to provide hands-on care in a post-acute environment and to practice in a community known for regional parks and local amenities.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active California Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care preferred.
  • Client requires candidates able to work a 30-hour per week schedule to start.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with geriatric populations and activities of daily living (ADL) training preferred.
  • Familiarity with post-acute rehabilitation documentation and common SNF therapy equipment preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Shift type: Flex shifts; schedule varies.
  • Client expects a 30-hour per week start guarantee.
  • May require floating to other nearby facilities as needed.
