Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • Current CA OT License.
  • Driver‘s License.
  • Auto insurance.
  • Auto registration.
  • TB screening.
  • MMR.
  • Varicella.
  • HepB.
  • TDap.
  • Flu.
  • Drug screen.
  • Physical.


Assignment Details

  • Weekend coverage may be required.
  • Must be willing to travel outside the assigned service area as needed.
  • Must be willing to see Covid+ and Covid Pui patients.
