Minimum Requirements

• Master‘s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Shift hours: 0800-1600

Broken Arrow offers access to both outdoor recreation and Tulsa-area attractions.
