Role Overview
The Operations Branch Manager is a key leadership role within the Overdose Response Center (ORC), the divisions nearreal-time analytics and operational hub supporting statewide overdose and opioid response efforts.
The ORC operates seven days a week and coordinates outreach and partner teams to engage communities at both neighborhood and individual levels. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, guiding data-informed decision-making, and developing effective deployment strategies in collaboration with leadership and partner agencies.
