Blanchard Valley Health System (BVHS), an independent, nonprofit, physician-led health system and member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network, is seeking a BC/BE Rheumatologist to join our highly collaborative team in Findlay, Northwest Ohio.

Compensation & Benefits (based on 40 hrs/week)

• $300,000 guaranteed base salary
• Uncapped productivity incentive: $62/wRVU
• $100,000 signing bonus ($50K Year 1, $50K Year 2)

Practice Details

• Average volume: ~18 patients/day (average new patients 40 minutes, follow-ups 20 minutes)
• Initially new patient focused with a balanced panel expected within 3 months
• Supported by an established referral network, no need to self-generate volume
• Typical wRVU per visit ~2.15, aligned with MGMA benchmarks
• Flexible ramp-up period, with most physicians reaching full schedules within one month
