Location/Schedule: Manhattan or Orangeburg, NY – Three days per week in office
Base Salary: $200,000–$240,000, plus bonus potential of up to 35%

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Defend employers in management-side employment litigation.
- Handle matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour claims and other workplace disputes.
- Represent clients in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.
- Advise employers on policies, compliance, employee relations and risk management.
- Draft employment agreements, policies and other workplace documentation.
- Manage matters independently while collaborating closely with firm leadership.
- Support and develop long-term relationships with business clients.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the firm’s employment practice.
Core Requirements:
- Active New York Bar admission.
- At least seven years of management-side employment experience.
- Strong employment litigation and counseling capabilities.
- Ability to manage sophisticated matters independently.
- Excellent written advocacy and client-management skills.
Additional state bar admissions and an existing book of business are advantageous but not essential.
