Personal Injury Litigation Associate - Long Island, New York

Lexitas Legal has a position for a Litigation Associate on Long Island with a growing law firm! Experience in personal injury or workers compensation is a plus.

Location: Melville NY, In office, but flexible.

Salary: $130-$160,000+ plus bonus for resolved cases. Bonus can range from $150,000 - $500,000!!

Start Date: ASAP-

Experience: 5-10 years, some trial experience. Must be familiar with SmartAdvocate for case management (similar to SAGA) Must be tech forward, utilize AI. Self-motivated.

Culture: Firm has grown from 10-55 employees in the last 3-4 years. Very relaxed atmosphere, partners are very supportive, motto is if they are a happy team then then spills over into the client’s experience then they are happy too. Garden City office as well.
