Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Tulsa, OK

Position Details:

• Duration: 13-week contract with possible extensions.
• Schedule & Shift: 5x8s with day shift (7:30 AM - 4 PM).

Compensation for Travelers (40hrs/week):

• Gross Weekly Pay: $2,160/week.
• Taxable Weekly Pay: $920/week. W2 Rate: $23/hr.
• Non-Taxable Weekly Pay: $1,240/week.

Compensation for Locals (Within 50 miles):

• Gross Weekly Pay: $1,520/week.
• W2 Taxable hourly rate: $38/hr.

Job Details Requirements:

1. Min. 2 years of recent experience.
2. Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
3. Certification: BLS through AHA.
4. COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption required.
