Join our travel Physical Therapist opportunity in Orangeburg, SC, at an outpatient clinic where you will treat outpatient orthopedic patients and support recovery from injuries and management of chronic conditions. This role supports a high-volume outpatient practice with expectations for productivity and patient throughput, and provides an opportunity to float to neighboring clinics as needed. Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree) approved by APTA.
  • Active SC Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to the start of the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. Note: Outpatient experience is preferred but not strictly required.
  • Willingness to float to other clinics within the region as needed.
  • Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week and 12–14 patients per day, including follow-up double-booking practices.
  • Candidates with up to 3 years of relevant outpatient experience may be evaluated at entry (Level 1). Candidates with greater than 3 years of relevant outpatient experience are Level 2.
  • OT hours must be approved by the clinic director before being worked.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous travel therapist experience preferred.
  • Experience working in fast-paced outpatient orthopedic settings.
  • Ability to work full-time hours and flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week as needed.


Assignment Details

  • Position specialty: Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedic population.
  • Float to other clinics within the region is required.
  • 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.
  • Productivity expectation: approximately 60 visits per week; typical daily patient load 12–14 patients with follow-up double-booking.
  • First-time travelers and new graduates will be considered.
