- Experience: Fellowship-trained PEM physicians (no prior experience required, all levels considered)

- Collaborate with subspecialty teams including PICU, CVICU, NICU, and hospitalists
- Participate in bedside teaching and supervise residents from multiple programs
- Engage in didactic sessions and training for Pediatric ER fellows, if desired
- Leverage full scribe coverage to optimize documentation and patient care
- Work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment that handles a wide variety of pediatric pathology
- Contribute to a physician-led team with strong institutional support
- Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship certification
- Nevada medical license (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in a busy, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
